Mr. Sulaiman Al-Majid has over 30 years of experience in the private sector and currently holds several positions, including a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maharah Human Resources Company, in addition to chairing and being a member of several company boards.

Mr. Salem Al-Ajmi has more than 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors. He has held several positions, including Vice President at Mohammed Al-Ajmi Industrial Company, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Managed Services for Information Technology, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Qurtas Al-Khaleej Paper Manufacturing Company. He currently holds the position of President.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Majid has over 25 years of experience in the private sector. He has held several positions, including CEO of Tanmiyat, Marketing and Sales Manager at the same company, and Managing Director at Global Real Estate Company. He has also served as a board member at Asas Entertainment Company and Maharah Human Resources Company.

Mr. Omar Mohammed Najjar has extensive experience spanning over 24 years in fields such as technology engineering, exploration, industrial engineering, and human resources. He has previously worked in various fields and held several positions in the public sector, including Saudi Aramco, Saudi Airlines, Unilever Global, National Industrialization Company, and Saudi Ground Services Company.

Mr. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Rabdi has over 18 years of experience in the financial services sector, capital markets, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in prestigious banks and financial companies, where his main responsibilities included preparing and implementing investment strategies, developing products, and marketing and selling investment products and services.

Mr. Saud bin Abdullah Al-Buwardi has over 28 years of experience in private sector companies. He currently holds the position of CEO at United Trading Company Ltd. He also serves on the boards of listed companies such as Zain Telecommunications, Al Jouf Cement Company, and National Gypsum Company. Throughout his career, Mr. Saud has held various leadership positions at Zain Telecommunications and several Saudi banks. He holds an MBA from Zurich Business School, a Mini-MBA in Communications from Switzerland, a Bachelor's degree in Media from King Saud University, and several professional certificates and training courses.
